With 30 years of HR Management experience from large and mid-size corporations in a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Coatings, Packaging, Financial Services and Consulting, I partner with corporate coaching clients to create highly productive thinking space and focus. My clients typically bring challenges around performance (individual or team), team effectiveness, leadership development, conflict management, organizational change and transformation, as well as career transition.
I have previously held global responsibility for sizeable HR teams and have partnered successfully with global business and functional leadership teams at the senior to top level, helping them engage with complex transitions and cultural change. I understand the dynamics of Executive and Non-Executive boards from first-hand experience and I operate with ease in the corporate and multicultural context.
I have coached decision makers and leaders, including those at the most senior levels, to make the necessary shifts allowing them to outperform their peers and to be their very best selves.
I am passionate about individual and organisational development, transformation and top quartile performance. In my coaching practice, I balance constructive challenge with deep listening, full focus, and effective support – a combination that brings innovative thinking and action to the challenges faced by my clients.
I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical and Industrial Psychology from Amsterdam University, as well as certificates from IMD/Lausanne (International Management), INSEAD/Fontainebleau (Finance), MZSG/St. Gallen (General Management) and Hudson Institute of Coaching/Santa Barbara (Executive Coaching). I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have lived, worked and studied based out of China, the Netherlands, Thailand, the U.S., Vietnam, as well as my native Germany.
I operate globally out of my base in The Hague/Netherlands. I coach and facilitate face-to-face, voice-to-voice or via video conference, in English, Dutch and German.
