I am a leadership coach helping executive, high potential and emerging leaders succeed. My approach guides leaders to develop their potential and create the capacity to fully engage, learn and thrive in a changing world.
I believe that each person has a unique capacity to achieve success as he or she defines it. My coaching creates awareness and understanding that leads to practicing new ways of being, doing and achieving. My coaching practice spans twenty years and includes multiple coaching and professional development certifications as well as a master’s degree in executive human resource development.
I also leverage thirty years of corporate leadership experience that includes performance consulting, leadership development, team facilitation, client advocacy, and change management. I understand the leadership challenges of building high performing teams, navigating organizational politics, and delivering results.
In my talent advisory work, I help leaders create a talent advantage by connecting key business priorities with targeted people strategies. I collaborate with leaders to design approaches to leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee retention, and employee engagement that have a business impact.
My career includes Old National Bank, Banc One and U.S. Bank. I have held leadership roles across marketing, training, career development, organizational development, leadership and talent including Director of Marketing, Director of Performance Improvement and Training, Chief Learning Officer and Director of Leadership Development and Talent Management.
I earned my B.A. in Telecommunications at Indiana University and my M.Ed. in Executive Human Resource Development at Xavier University. I enjoy cycling, hiking, tennis, craft brews and local coffee shops. Together with my husband Kenny, we have (nearly) raised three children and reside in Cincinnati.
